Your pieces must pass inspection before we run it through any of our large machinery!
Your piece MUST be at least 24” long to go through our large machinery!
The services we offer today:
S4S the boards you picked out at NWL add $2/bdft, thick as possible, wide as possible.
S2S1E your pieces from somewhere else $50.00 set up + $2.00/bdft - must pass inspection!
Sander - $45 for 10 minutes, then $3 per minute after that, 36” maximum width - NO MORE EPOXY TOPS. Raw wood only. Scraping your excess glue will apply to your time - glue gums up the sandpaper. Please make sure your piece is at least 24” in length, as the rollers are 24” apart.
Chain Feed Rip Saw - $5 set up, then +.50 one edge, +$1 for two edges
Radial Arm Saw - $20 set up, then $2 per cut
Miter Cuts - $35 set up, then $5 per cut
Table Saw - $10 set up, then depends on the job
Dado - $20 set up, then $0.75 per lineal foot, stop dados add more time.
Planer - $5 set up minimum our material, $35 your material
then add $1 to 3/4", $1.90 for maple, birch, beech, hickory or exotics.
then add $1.10 to 1/2", $2.05 for maple, birch, beech, hickory or exotics.
then add $1.20 to 3/8", $2.20 for maple, birch, beech, hickory or exotics.
then add $1.30 to 1/4", $2.40 for maple, birch, beech, hickory or exotics.
then add $1.40 to 1/8", $2.65 for maple, birch, beech, hickory, or exotics.
Router - $25, then $0.75 cents per linear foot
Drill Press - minimum $20, then $5 per hole
Plywood Saw - $5 minimum, then $2 per cut
Resaw - $35 set up (includes 3 cuts), $5 per cut our material or $10 per cut your wood (11” max width)
W&H Moulder - $75 set up, plus $1 per foot, plus knife if needed
Band Saw - $10 minimum, circles to 24" - $30, circles to 36" - $40, cirlces to 48"-$45.
Planed taper - $45 plus material.
Glue Ups - priced by labor only, must add S4S material.

Pricing depends upon how much milling is required. We must examine your dry slabs before we can agree to do any work on them.
